Fun Dives Dauin & Apo Island
Our Fun Dives are designed for certified divers who want to get the most out of every dive, exploring some of the richest marine ecosystems in the Philippines with experienced guides and smooth, stress-free logistics.
We dive mainly in Dauin, one of the world’s most famous macro and muck diving destinations, combined with trips to Apo Island, known for its pristine coral reefs and large marine life.
This gives you two very different but perfectly complementary experiences:
Dauin → macro life, rare critters, muck diving and underwater photography
Apo Island → coral reefs, turtles, large schools of fish and wide-angle scenery
Dauin – One of the world’s best macro diving destinations
Dauin is internationally renowned for its extraordinary macro biodiversity.
Its volcanic black sand slopes and scattered reefs create the ideal habitat for a huge variety of rare, small and highly camouflaged creatures.
Here you can regularly find:
Mimic octopus, wunderpus and blue-ringed octopus
Flamboyant cuttlefish
Seahorses and pygmy seahorses
Frogfish and leaf fish
Ghost pipefish
Nudibranchs in every shape and colour
Rare shrimp, crabs and crustaceans
Juvenile and endemic species
In addition to classic muck sites, Dauin also offers local coral reefs where reef fish, corals and macro life come together in the same dive.
Dive sites chosen based on what you want to see
In Dauin, choosing the right dive site makes all the difference.
Each site hosts different species, behaviours and photographic opportunities.
That’s why we do not follow a fixed route.
Every day we select the dive sites based on:
What kind of marine life you want to find
Whether you are looking for extreme macro, reefs or a mix of both
Your experience level
Sea and visibility conditions
This approach allows us to maximize your chances of seeing exactly what you are hoping for.
Specialists in small and rare marine life
Our guides are experts at finding the smallest, rarest and best-camouflaged creatures.
This requires more than good eyesight — it comes from years of local experience, patience and deep knowledge of marine behaviour.
Every dive becomes a real underwater treasure hunt.
Underwater photography specialists
We regularly guide experienced underwater photographers and understand exactly what they need:
Slow, controlled dives
Plenty of time with each subject
Careful positioning
Excellent buoyancy control
No stress or disturbance to the animals
Whether you dive with a compact camera or a professional rig, we adapt the pace of the dive so you can get the best possible shots.
